He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors\, with a career spanning infrastructure\, transportation\, economic development\, public utilities\, and public-private partnerships. \nPat previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and as Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In these roles\, he helped lead some of the region’s most significant transportation and infrastructure megaprojects\, including the LaGuardia Airport redevelopment\, the Goethals Bridge replacement\, major MTA modernization and capital initiatives\, and broader regional transportation programs serving New York and New Jersey. \nIn addition to his industry leadership\, Pat is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University\, where he teaches Public-Private Partnerships in Global Infrastructure Development.
