He is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience with a diverse background of past roles in the private sector. Most notably\, Andrew was a Project Director at SHoP Architects for 7 years leading teams that designed multiple US embassies worldwide as well as tackling strategic initiatives for the Department of State\, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations. \n  \n  \nRuth Burney\, PE\, Assoc DBIA\nDesign-Build Program Manager for the Bureau of Engineering\, Design and Construction (BEDC) at NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)\n \nRuth is tasked with leading the Dept’s cross-agency development of alternative delivery for capital projects. Prior to joining DEP\, she gained extensive private sector experience as both a Design Manager and lead Process-Mechanical Engineer on large-scale\, multi-discipline projects in the water/wastewater industry. Her areas of technical expertise include pumping systems and hydraulic design\, wastewater treatment design\, and environmental compliance. Ruth is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of New York and Florida and has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. \n  \n \nIsaac Pitre\, Eng.\, PMP\, DBIA\nDivision Manager\nSTRUCTURAL \nIsaac Pitre\, P. Eng.\, PMP\, DBIA\, is Division Manager at STRUCTURAL\, specializing in concrete restoration projects of small and large scale. He has successfully delivered bid-build & design-build work across both United-States & Canada\, and is known for fostering high-performing\, cross-functional teams. Balancing subject matter expertise with sensitivity toward community impact\, she has delivered a diverse range of projects on behalf of public owners including community and recreation centers\, streetscapes and public plazas\, regional transportation facilities\, and below-ground infrastructure. She has also developed in-house programs for government agencies such as the NYC Department of Design and Construction and the Port Authority of NY & NJ\, building internal capacity for new and alternative project delivery methods. Prior to joining the public sector\, she worked at several private design firms on a wide range of projects including custom façade systems\, single and multi-family residential buildings\, and healthcare facilities in under-resourced environments. She has served on the Historic Preservation Commission in Montclair\, NJ\, and taught at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture\, Planning\, and \nPreservation.
