As part of the NYC Metro Sub-Owners committee, this is the second of the twice a year owner forum.  The fall session will be a lessons learnt discussion on the following topics set out in the agenda below.  Representatives from the Owner committee will chair each session to facilitate lessons learnt arising from the D-B projects that have been set up and delivered across the NYC Metro owners to help others who may be experiencing similar issues or are starting D-B for the first time.

This is a closed door owners forum for public owners only. Due to a limited capacity in our space for this forum, we ask that no more than 2 individuals per organization attend.

   4. NYCDEP – how to coordinate with NYCDEP on SWPPP and sewer connection permitting processes for DB projects – discussion led by Jade Bailey NYCDDC and supported by Janet Aristy NYCDEP
   5. Utility Agreements  – Leesons learnt by NYCDOT on the use and completion of Utility Agreement – Led by Dawn Harrison/Tanvi Pandya NYCDOT
