Mildred Tolentino, Founder and President, M To-Pros
Mildred Tolentino is the Founder and President of M To-Pros Development Inc., a certified MWBE/DBE/SBE and DBIA member construction consulting firm serving public and private sector clients. An award-winning professional recognized with multiple industry honors, she brings over 20 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction management, and Design-Build delivery. Mildred has led multidisciplinary teams on healthcare, infrastructure, education, commercial, and government projects, overseeing project controls, scheduling, estimating, and stakeholder coordination. Her experience includes managing complex, fast-track, and occupied projects with a combined construction value exceeding $500 million.
Mark Drozdov, Executive Vice President, Lozier Inc.
With more than three decades of leadership in Environmental Health and Safety + Sustainability (EHS+S) Engineering and Risk Management, Mark brings deep technical expertise and executive-level advisory experience across the built environment.
Mark is also an Adjunct Professor at The Cooper Union and Rutgers University, guest lecturer at Columbia University, NYU, Stevens Institute of Technology, Vassar College, CUNY/Hunter, and City Colleges, helping prepare the next generation of A/E/C professionals. Previously, SVP/Technical Director at BSI and co-founder of CES. Mark’s career reflects a consistent focus on advancing EHS+S standards development, professional education across the construction and engineering industries.

Melissa Johnson, Assoc. DBIA, ENV SP, WEDG, is the founder and CEO of Melissa Johnson Associates, a WBE/SBE/DBE-certified firm specializing in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and diversity compliance for public infrastructure projects across the northeast. Melissa’s expertise has been featured in PE Quarterly and Young PE Quarterly. She was named one of ENR New York’s Top Young Professionals (2020) and one of Professional Women in Construction’s Top 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women (2022). She is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Professional Women in Construction (PWC), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) – New Jersey and Philadelphia Chapters, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) New Jersey, the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI)
