This exclusive gathering provides a candid, peer-to-peer forum for public and private Owners in New Jersey and the New York Metro region to share experiences, build connections and explore emerging best practices in design-build.

Key topics will include the advent of Progressive Design-Build in New York City, strategies for addressing common claims and project challenges, and approaches to effective design-builder oversight that balance accountability with collaboration.

Modeled after DBIA’s nationally recognized Owners Forums, this event emphasizes open dialogue, practical insights and networking opportunities. Whether you are launching a new program or managing established design-build projects, you’ll gain actionable takeaways and strengthen your professional network.

Four Learning Objectives:

1. Compare design-build delivery models with a focus on Progressive Design-Build and evaluate how this approach is being introduced and implemented across New York City agencies.
