Tina Macica is the Associate Vice President of Design and Construction

Montefiore Einstein

Tina leads a team of 50 plus professionals responsible for delivering over 150 capital projects annually. Her diverse portfolio encompasses entitlements, master planning and design, new construction, and the revitalization of existing facilities. 

In alignment with Montefiore Einstein’s pillars of excellence, Tina is leading the effort to drive excellence and the rebranding of Montefiore Einstein’s patient and staff experiences. She pushes the boundaries to integrate the latest technologies, delivering a hospitality aesthetic, incorporating green design and biophilic strategies. These principles reinforce Montefiore Einsteins exceptional, compassionate care, and unwavering dedication to improve the well-being of those we serve and their communities. 

Tina has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, planning, design and construction, facilities engineering and consulting in healthcare, hospitality, research, education, corporate offices, high-tech and nuclear facilities. She holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology degrees. Above all is the personal commitment to advancing the delivery of care and improved outcomes within the healthcare industry.

IMPORTANT COURSE RULES & ETIQUETTE 

• Digital Etiquette: The Club strictly prohibits cellular telephones in the Clubhouse, bar, dining areas, and on the course. 

• Dress Code: Collared shirts and Bermuda-length shorts required. Denim is not permitted. 
• Gratuity: Saint Andrew’s is a non-tipping facility.
